Calculate your Body Mass Index
Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measurement of an individual’s weight relative to height, and it is meant to be used as an indicator rather than a direct measure of a person’s total body fat.
According to WHO, an adult with a BMI between 25 and 29.9 is considered overweight; an adult with a BMI of 30 or higher is considered obese; a BMI less than 18.5 is considered underweight; and a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 is considered healthy.
|Body Mass Index (BMI)||Weight Status|
|18.5 – 24.9||Normal|
|25.0 – 29.9||Overweight|
