My suggestion would be to choose a clinic that has all the relevant facilities required to perform procedures of this kind, i.e. a laboratory, image and analysis equipment, pre and post-operative care along with the relevant facilities to deal with any unexpected complications. Above all the clinic should have a built in care program that can resolve any eventuality that may result from surgery.
