Dr. Eduardo Mejia completed a 5-year residency program in general

surgery and plastic surgery at Prof. Ivo Pitanguy’s institute in Rio de

Janeiro, Brazil. This training taught him complex surgical techniques

and gave him the knowledge and experience to minimize and manage

potential complications and achieve successful outcomes.

He has since attended several observership programs, courses, and

medical conferences in the United States and South America to further

his career as a surgeon.

Dr. Eduardo Mejia is a board certify member of the Dominican Society

of Plastic Surgery (SODOCIPRE), the International Society of Aesthetic

Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), FILACP, CMD, IPRAS, AEXPI, and the A4M

American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
